School Journey Insurance Scheme of Cover

SCHOOL JOURNEY INSURANCE SCHEME SUMMARY OF COVER

The policy arranged with the insurers covers the following:

Cancellation including:

£

- injury or illness to insured person

Max 10,000

- death of relative, or close friend. 10,000
compulsory quarantine, jury service, subpoena and strike by scheduled public transport services

 

Medical transport and funeral expenses:
- medical expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred;

Unlimited

- hospital expenses spent as an in-patient outside the UK for each twenty four hours spent in hospital to a maximum;

Max   5,000

- travel expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred for ravel of relatives/friends on medical advice;

Max 15,000

- evacuation expenses in the event of injury or illness provided that repatriation is medically necessary and organised by Insurers Rescue Services;

Unlimited

- funeral expenses including transport of body or ashes to UK and unforeseen expenses in returning to attend relative’s funeral.

Unlimited

 

Personal Accident Cover:

 

- included bodily injury to a person insured resulting                       Child

loss not reported to the police within 24 hours
